TERMS AND CONDITIONS (statutory rights are not
affected)
All Merchandise can be returned within 10 days for refund
IF the merchandise is in a resalable condition.
This means all packaging must be as new and complete
and all software is UNOPENED. Credit
will be applied to the credit card which was used for the
purchase. Opened software is non-refundable, unless it is
found to be faulty. If you require to return the product outside
of the 10 day period a restocking fee of 15% will apply. (This
policy applies to personal purchases only and specifically
excludes trade or business purchases)
We occasionally accept returned items without the above conditions
met for a reduced price depending on the products condition,
contact with gps4less is required to asses an offer for the
returned product.
A "Return Materials Authorization" (RMA)
number must be obtained from gps4less prior to the return
of any material. The RMA number must appear on the outside
of the shipping container and on return paperwork included
inside the package. Returned merchandise must be shipped,

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only
use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

to process your order and second, to provide you with the

Orders received with payment will be dispatched via Post
Office first class mail (subject to product in stock) and
will normally arrive within 2-4 business days. Customers will
be advised by e-mail with the option to cancel the order for
a full refund if the product will not be available within
this timescale. This
is a free delivery service unless specifically advised otherwise
Gauranteed Next day delivery is available for additional £5.50
per order. NOTE THIS IS NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY BY 3pm

To obtain warranty service an original or copy of the
sales receipt from the original retailer is required.
GARMIN will not replace missing components from any
